Are you an in network provider?
Mindful Movement is not an in network provider for physical therapy services. Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits, but we do not directly deal with insurance companies. We are happy to provide you with a super bill upon request which can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You can call your insurance company directly to see if you have out of network benefits. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) you can use those funds to pay for PT at Mindful Movement.

What should I expect for my first physical therapy visit?
Your first visit is a 75 minute session, and we look at the whole body to figure out where your symptoms are coming from. This appointment includes assessment, education and treatment.
Each visit is with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and you will never see an exercise assistant or tech. By not directly dealing with insurance companies, we are able to provide better care for our patients, and we work with patients to find a plan that works best for them!
Because we provide direct, 1-on-1 care, we are able to help you get back to the things you love more quickly and with fewer appointments. We build a plan together after your first visit, and generally do not see patients more than once per week.
What should I expect for my first online wellness visit?
For your first online wellness session we do a complete review of medical history, medications & supplements, and talk about biohacks for nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and community care. Our goal is to have the session be both educational and empowering, and give you a clear path to help you meet your health goals!
What is The Six Month Reset
This virtual wellness group focuses on the foundations of health over a six month period, with individuals who are understand what you're going through!
We offer specific groups for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), uterine fibroids & heavy periods, and perimenopause & postmenopause.
Each cohort is a six month commitment, with each month focusing on a specific aspect of health and research-backed biohacks to help you meet your health goals. This lets you build your healthy habits over time, in a way that's sustainable and promotes optimal health, all while building a community of people to support you in your health journey!
